Payments. Online Payment by Bank Card
Our website is connected to online acquiring, and you can pay for the Service with a Visa or Mastercard bank card. After confirming the selected Product or service, a secure window with the payment page from the processing center TipTop Pay will open, where you will need to enter your bank card details. For additional cardholder authentication, the 3-D Secure protocol is used. If your Issuing Bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server for additional identification. For information on the rules and methods of additional identification, please contact your bank.
The online payment service is provided in accordance with the rules of the International Payment Systems Visa and MasterCard, following the principles of confidentiality and security of payment transactions. To achieve this, the most up-to-date verification, encryption, and data transmission methods are used through closed communication channels. The bank card data is entered in a secure window on the TipTop Pay payment page.
On the payment page, you need to enter the card number, cardholder's name, card expiry date, and the three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). All necessary data is displayed on the surface of the bank card.
CVV2/CVC2 is a three-digit security code located on the back of the card.
Next, the page of your issuing bank will open for you to enter the 3-D Secure code. If you do not have static 3-D Secure enabled, the code will be sent to your phone via SMS. If you do not receive the 3-D Secure code, please contact your issuing bank.
3-D Secure is the most modern technology to ensure payment security for card transactions over the internet. It allows for the unequivocal identification of the cardholder making the transaction and significantly reduces the risk of fraudulent card transactions.
Security Guarantees
The TipTop Pay processing center protects and processes your bank card data in compliance with the PCI DSS 3.0 security standard. Data transmission to the payment gateway is encrypted using SSL technology. Further transmission of information occurs through closed banking networks with the highest level of reliability. TipTop Pay does not transmit your card data to us or any other third parties. For additional authentication of the cardholder, the 3-D Secure protocol is used.

Online Payment Security
The personal information you provide (name, address, phone, email, credit card number) is confidential and will not be disclosed. Your credit card data is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on our web server.
The security of online payments is guaranteed by TipTop Pay Kazakhstan. All payment card transactions comply with the requirements of VISA International, MasterCard, and other payment systems. When transmitting information, specialized payment security technologies are used, and the data is processed on a secure, high-tech server of the processing company.
Card payments are safe because:
  • The authorization system ensures that the payment details of your card (number, expiry date, CVV2/CVC2) will not fall into the hands of fraudsters, as this data is not stored on the authorization server and cannot be stolen.
  • The customer enters their payment details directly into the TipTop Pay authorization system, not on the website of the online store, so the payment details will not be accessible to third parties.



Refund Policy
Under the terms of the BLAZE FEST event regulation, organized by the IP Dream Way, refunds for participation payments are not possible. Exceptions apply only in cases such as: cancellation of the event by the organizer, critical rescheduling of the event, or replacement of more than 50% of the announced judging panel. In these cases, the refund procedure is governed by the following rules:
  1. To request a refund to your bank card, you must fill out a "Refund Request Form" and send it to the email address dreamway.dc@gmail.com, and also duplicate it to the Organizer’s team manager via WhatsApp at +7 701 984 44 98.
  2. The processing time for the Refund Request and the refund itself begins from the moment the Company receives the application, calculated in working days excluding holidays/weekends, and is 20 days.
  3. The refund will be made to the bank card within 21 working days (or sooner) from the receipt of the "Refund Request" by the Organizer. The amount refunded will be equal to the purchase amount.
  4. To return or adjust funds for incorrectly processed transactions, you need to submit a written request along with a copy of an identity document and receipts confirming the erroneous charge. This request should be sent to the email address dreamway.dc@gmail.com.
Reasons for Payment Rejection:
  • The bank card is not intended for internet payments, which can be clarified by contacting your issuing bank.
  • Insufficient funds on the bank card. For more details on the balance on your card, please contact the bank that issued your card.
  • Incorrect card details entered.
  • The card’s expiry date has passed. The expiry date is usually indicated on the front of the card (month and year until which the card is valid). For more information about the expiry date, please contact your issuing bank.

  2. The online project www.dreamway.kz (hereinafter – URL, "we") takes the confidentiality of its clients' and website visitors' information seriously (hereinafter – "you", "website visitors").
